Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing
We aim to process all orders within 24-48 hours. You'll receive an email notification within 24 hours letting you know your order is on the way.

Delivery Options
During checkout, simply enter your address and choose your preferred shipping option. Orders placed by 12 PM (during our store hours of 9 AM - 5:30 PM) will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside these hours will be delivered on the next business day.

Once your order is ready, we’ll send you an email with real-time tracking information.

Delivery estimates are currently between 7-14 days. 

International Shipping
We ship internationally to the USA, Europe, the UK, Australia, and more.
Please note, import duties, taxes (including VAT), and other customs fees may apply once the shipment reaches your destination. Comet Marketplace is not responsible for these additional charges, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. You will receive a full refund minus return shipping costs.

For damaged items, email us at info@cometmarketplace.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We handle these cases individually and will work towards a resolution as quickly as possible.
